Service Description. This Site describes Junk Removal, House Cleaning Service, Office Cleaning Service, Gutter Cleaning Service, Window Cleaning Service, Debris Removal, Demolition Cleanup, Driveway Pressure Washing provided by Primesite Property Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Primesite Property Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Primesite Property Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Primesite Property Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
